Help : Organisation Search A search for organisations can be made by keyword, name and optionally on address. Where an address is entered, then the keyword, the organisation name and address are used to find a match. When address is used, it is similar to the Address Search feature. Field Description Required/Optional Key Word Word relating to an organisation. R Name Organisation name or the first few characters of the name. The search will show all records that match the characters at the beginning of the name. R Type Business Category which the organisation belongs O Street Number Street Number without the flat or apartment number. Numeric characters only O Street Name Name of the street or the first few characters of the Street Name  O Street Type Street Type is whether it is a Road, Crescent, Avenue, Place, Way… O Street Suffix Street Suffix which is an extension of the Street Type, such as West, North, Lower, Upper, South O City/District One of the 75 Cities or Districts that are the Territorial Local Authorities. O The search will find all names that match the first characters of the name and if entered the business category also. Matches found will show the full organisation name, along with their address and city/district. To view the organisation on a map, select the correct row and click the organisation name. One organisation may have multiple branches or outlets (Point of Presence) such as a Bank or Petrol Station. Where the name of a Bank, ATM, or Petrol Station is specified, then all branches/ outlets are shown for the selected Territorial Local Authority. A Territorial Local Authority must be entered for a search result (a list is provided).   The search returns names that match the first characters at the beginning of the organisation name. For example it would return the following names where “SOUTH” is entered: South British Bistro South End Cafe South Of The Border Southern Cross Restaurant Southpac Grill
