Terms and Conditions* TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE By accessing, browsing and/or using this website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you (the "User") have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS In consideration of your use of the Site, where you have provided Mapzone with information about yourself in response to prompting by the Site (for example when prompted by the Site's registration forms), you agree that such information will be accurate, current and complete. The maps and content information provided free of charge or purchased through this service are provided under a nonexclusive, non-transferable license for printing and use only by the individual who signed onto this service, and only for that individual's use. The User is not permitted to commercially exploit the information or transfer it to any third party, without Mapzones prior written permission. Content on the site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal use, provided you keep intact any copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use requires the prior written permission of the Mapzone. PASSWORD AND SECURITY Mapzone shall email the User an initial password upon completing the Site registration process. The initial password may be changed anytime after the first signon. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. The User agrees to immediately notify Mapzone of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security of which you are aware, and to ensure that the User properly closes out of the account at the end of each session. Mapzone assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from the Users failure to comply with this section. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS The Mapzone and Site Render name and logo, and all related product and service names and design marks are the trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of Arda Systems Ltd. The User agree not to (a) copy, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the information, in whole or in part or (b) rent, disclose, publish, sell, assign, lease, sublicense, market, or transfer the information or any part thereof or (c) use it in any manner not expressly authorized by Arda Systems Limited or (d) derive or attempt to derive the source code or structure of all or any portion of the information or (e) use the information to operate a service bureau or for any other use involving the processing of data for others. You do not receive any, and Mapzone retains all, ownership rights in the information and the Site contents. DISCLAIMER. By using this Site or linking to Mapzone or our maps the User expressly agree that use of the Site is at your sole risk. Neither Mapzone, its affiliates, nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that this Site will allow you to obtain any particular results whatsoever, or that any information or service provided through this Site is accurate, reliable or of any particular value or quality.
