Terms and Conditions of Use By accessing, browsing and/or using this website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you (the "User") have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Registration Obligations In consideration of your use of the Site, where you have provided Mapzone with information about yourself in response to prompting by the Site (for example when prompted by the Site's registration forms), you agree that such information will be accurate, current and complete. The maps and content information provided free of charge or purchased through this service are provided under a nonexclusive, non-transferable license for printing and use only by the individual who signed onto this service, and only for that individual's use. The User is not permitted to commercially exploit the information or transfer it to any third party, without Mapzones prior written permission. Content on the site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use,provided you keep intact any copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use requires the prior written permission of the Mapzone. Password and Security Mapzone shall email you the setup password upon completing the Site registration process. The setup password may be changed anytime after the first signon. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Mapzone of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security of which you are aware, and to ensure that you properly close out of your account at the end of each session. Mapzone assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Copyright and Trademarks The Mapzone and Site Render name and logo, and all related product and service names and design marks are the trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of Arda Systems Ltd.
